Outlook 2011 For Mac Keeps Sending

The recurring mail doesn't show up on my Computer and it doesn't display in the Mac pc Sent package. The only location I can see that email once again and again is certainly in my Mac inbox. This can be obviously generating me crazy so any suggestions would end up being most delightful.
